• Only non-perishable, unopened, and unused items are eligible for return.
• Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
• Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen goods) are non-returnable unless damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 24 hours at [email protected] with:

• Order number
• Product name
• Photo of the item received

Refunds

• Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.
• Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the issue was our fault.

No Returns for:

• Opened or used items
• Products with tampered packaging
• Items returned after 48 hours
